Registration

Steps for registration
  1. Click "Register" at the top of the page for registration.
  2. Fill up all your information (PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY FOR USERNAME)
  3. Click agree for the Privacy Policy
  4. Click submit
  5. You will be automatic login after you have successfully register
  6. Congratulation! Now you are part of our family

Buy for me

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click "Buy For Me" on the Menu Tab
  3. Please make sure you already topup on your account first
  4. Click Topup and choose between Billplz (Internet Transfer) or Bank Transfer (Manual)
  5. If you choose Billplz the topup will automatically added to your account
  6. If you click on Bank Transfer, you need to fill in your personal information including your bank information
    (DO NOT FORGET TO INSERT YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT)
  7. Wait for our varification to varify your topup request
  8. After successfully topup, open Taobao and search for the goods that you want to buy
  9. Copy the url for the goods and paste it on the 'Buy for me' search tab
  10. After the description goods page appear, select your good's variation and then click "Add to Cart"
  11. If you want to buy something on 1688, do the same things started from step 8
  12. Click "Checkout" after you confirm your items
  13. Click "Confirm order" for payment
  14. Great! Now you successfully request us to buy your goods!

Topup

  1. Click on "Topup"
  2. Choose either Billplz or Bank Transfer
  3. If Billplz, fill in the amount that you want to Topup and Click Submit
  4. Transaction fee will be included for amount that below RM200
  5. Choose your online bank and click Pay
  6. For Bank Transfer, fill in your bank information including amount
  7. Insert recipient image as payment evidence
  8. Wait for the varification from VT Nation

Submit Product Order

  1. Select warehouse and click Checkout
  2. Click 'Confirm Order'
  3. Go to 'My Product' to check your good's status
  4. You can change or delete the request if the status still Pending

Goods Status

  1. 'In Process': Cannot change and delete but still do not have tracking number
  2. 'On the way': cannot change or delete and already have tracking number

Submit Delivery Order

  1. Choose your goods that you want to ship
  2. Fill your information including shipping address
  3. Choose Parcel: If you have our quotation, please click on (VIP)
  4. After choose the right parcel, click Submit
  5. Go to My Product to check goods status
  6. Additional Information: You can change or delete your goods while the status is still pending

Ship for me

  1. Login to your account"
  2. Click "Ship for me"
  3. Fill in your Goods Information that you want to ship
  4. Click 'Confirm Order' after compliting the information

Add new address

  1. Go to My Account and on Modifiy Address Book Entries
  2. Click to 'New Address'
  3. Fill in the information

Tracking Parcel

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to My Product
  3. Click on tracking number to check track your parcel

Affiliate Account

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to Affiliate Account
  3. Click on 'Tracking code' and share the url with your friends or downline
  4. After your friends or your downline already register, they will automatically become your downline
  5. Click 'Downline' to check your downline list
  6. Click 'Transaction' to check your commission
  7. Your commission will be added to your topup monthly

Add Chrome Extension

  1. Go to our website 'vtnation.com.my'
  2. Go to Turotial > Chrome Extension
  3. Click Add to chrome and Add extension

Buy for me (Chrome Extension)

  1. Login to your Taobao account
  2. Choose items
  3. Click on VT Nation Extension
  4. Login to our system
  5. Click I Want to Purchase
  6. Choose your goods variation and click Add to Cart
  7. Open our system for payment process

Ship for me (Chrome Extension)

  1. Login to your Taobao
  2. Go to Product Boughts
  3. Choose your item that you want to ship and click 'Add Product Order' and 'Submit Product Order'
  4. Choose warhouse and click Submit
  5. Click Confirm
  6. Login to our system and go to My Product to check your goods status
